The Dragon Chapter is an official chapter of World Nickelstick Balintawak Eskrima, granted authority to teach the system by it’s founder, Grandmaster Nicomedes ‘Nick’ Elizar of Cebu, Philippines. Based in Bibury, we offer training in the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire, and the surrounding areas.
